Delivery
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment.
UK delivery is normally within 24-48 hours of dispatch. We dispatch when all items for your order are ready to go.
Stock is allocated to orders when payment is received. We try to keep our stock figures accurate but will contact you ASAP if there is an error with them.
Non-UK Customers
We calculate shipping for international orders manually.
Please submit an order and we'll respond via email with a quote including interntaional delivery - we normally respond within a few hours but please allow up to 1 day. There is no obligation to proceed with the order until you submit payment.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
20% VAT applies to orders shipped within the UK.
Certain lines may be zero rated for VAT for qualifying disabled customers who provide the required declaration for HMRC - contact us for info.
Non-UK customers will not be charged VAT, but may incur local taxes or duties upon delivery which is beyond our control. This now includes EU customers following Brexit - you'll pay sales tax locally in your country rather than UK sales tax when ordering.
