Bossed or magnetic?
Effect wheels have either a bossed or magnetic fitting - please be sure to choose the right type. You may need the Magnetic Wheel Rotator Adaptor to fit a magnetic wheel. Click here for more information.

The distortion wheels are used in front of either a slide or a rotating image wheel to distort the projection to create soft abstract effects or water ripple.
The 'Mild' wheel has the most suble effect on the projection and is ideal for creating a water ripple effect over a photographic or logo projection. Typically the 5RPM wheel rotator is used with this distortion wheel.
