Where are 3" Cassettes?
Looking for the the 3" version of this cassette (FG7101)? The old-style 3" Effect Cassettes are now discontinued. Note that the newer 50mm Cassettes use a different Cassette Rotator.
Not suitable for Aura
This item is NOT compatible with the OPTI Aura projector.
These multi-colour cassettes use rich and varied screen printed colours to create some very dramatic animated projections. They can be very effectively used as front or back projections and are often used to project patterns onto the rear of translucent panels in clubs/bars or to add style to any venue.
Effect Cassettes combine two pieces of glass, one static the other revolving to create movement. They are used with either a Cassette Rotator or a Cassette Autochanger fitted to any OPTI or compatible projector.

Looking for effect cassettes? These old 3" types are an obsolete design. They're replaced by the range of 50mm OPTI effect cassettes which are a better design (they're much easier to fit/remove) and use a new type of rotator which offers variable speed/direction.
